Enigmatic takes all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
I am looking for an older style of Enigmatic merchandise on the website and can’t find it. Where can I purchase it?
All Enigmatic clothing is offered exclusively on engmtc.co and while supplies last. If the item you’re searching for is not pictured, we no longer sell it.
Do you guys carry pop up or venue merchandise/apparel on the Enigmatic website?
We offer all merchandise on the Enigmatic website. Pop up and venue/tour merchandise tend to be exclusively available at these event locations only. Sign up for our newsletter on engmtc.co to be notified of any changes.
Do you restock any of your sold out merchandise? How can I be notified of a restock?
We cannot guarantee that we will restock any sold-out product. Please sign up for our newsletter at engmtc.co to stay up to date on any potential restocks and new releases.
Can I add to my order after it’s been submitted?
As we do our best to have all of our orders shipped and delivered in a timely manner, we unfortunately cannot allow changes to be made to an order once it is submitted.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Any exceptions to this policy is made by our customer service team on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our customer service page for more information on returns, exchanges, etc.
Can my order by expedited?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
For domestic orders, shipping takes between 3-5 business days and an additional 1-2 days for handling. For international orders please allow between 5-8 business days for shipping and 1-2 days for handling. If you have purchased a pre-order product, your order will be shipped by the pre-order date specified and take the same amount of shipping/handling time to be delivered to you.
I received my order, but it is a different style/size than what I ordered. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with pictures of the incorrect item you received next to the packing slip. From there, customer service will instruct you on how to resolve your issue.
How do I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
Unfortunately, for security purposes we cannot allow the changing of shipping addresses.
I received confirmation that my order has “shipped”, but do not see any movement in my tracking code. What should I do?
Shipping confirmation is automatically sent once a customer’s shipping label is printed. This does not mean that the actual order has been shipped. You should see movement within your tracking code 2-3 days after your shipping label is printed. If there is no movement after five days of receiving your tracking information, please contact our customer service team.
My tracking code states that my package was delivered, but I did not receive it?
Please contact the shipping carrier that was used to deliver your package and open a claim/investigation. It will take about 5-8 business days for your claim/investigation to be closed. Once confirmed as “lost” by the shipping carrier, please reach out to our customer service team.
