Domestic Shipping:
Please make sure to enter the correct and verified address when purchasing Enigmatic Apparel. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been submitted. If you provide the incorrect address on your order and it is already sent out, you the customer, will be responsible for any additional fees that are associated with redelivery of your merchandise.

Customers will be provided with a tracking number once your shipping label has been printed and your purchase sent out. If you buy a pre-order item, your package will be sent out by the pre-order date regardless of the date your shipping label is printed on. Please allow a few days for your tracking number to become active.

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
International Shipping:
Please take note that any shipment outside of the United States may require import, customs, or other tax related fees. The payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any lost or damaged product/package that has been shipped to a third-party shipping company for international delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges:

WE do not offer any exchanges, cancellations, or returns. In the event that in a special situation you, the customer, receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or we no longer have the item you purchased in stock we will allow and offer you an exchange only.

If you receive your item damaged, please contact our customer service team within seven days of the order’s delivery date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
In the event that you, the customer, do receive a refund for a product and it isn’t showing up in your account yet please first check your bank account. Then proceed to contact your credit/debit card company as it will take 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
